Item Quality

All items are cleaned before being put into stock. Any items that are discoloured or broken are removed. We try as much as possible to keep Lego in a circular economy, so any semi-usable items are donated to charity, and unusable ones passed to a local company that reuses the ABS plastic to create other products.

We do not differentiate between different conditions as this would be extremely time-consuming, so we opt to choose the lower end in order to manage expectations. While almost all of our items we would class as "Very Good", we realise this is subjective and so prefer to err on the side of caution.

For stickered and older parts, some might occasionally fall short of the 'Very Good' standard of our other items. This is often due to minor imperfections like slightly bent edges or stickers not being perfectly aligned, or due to the age of the parts for older ones. However, we recognise the rarity and demand for these unique pieces. Thus, we include them in our inventory to offer a broader selection to our customers. Rest assured, we only list stickered and older parts that maintain a fair level of quality and are still desirable for collectors and enthusiasts alike.

 

Fees

There is a minimum order of £1.00 for domestic and £2.50 for international order to make it worth picking for low quantities and to cover basic packaging costs.

There is however, no minimum or maximum limit to number of items anywhere in the store.

 

Payment

PayPal and Stripe are the only form of payment that we will accept.

 

Postage

All orders are dispatched the next working day at cost if ordered before 6pm.

We currently offer 1st and 2nd Class with Royal Mail, as well as tracked services with Tracked 24/48 and with Evri. Tracking numbers are uploaded as soon as possible, and are door to door.

If you have not received your domestic order within 5 working days, please get in touch so we can follow up.

For international orders, speed of delivery varies.

If any items are damaged in transit, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence that we can forward onto the carrier to open a dispute.

 

Returns

If the buyer is not satisfied with the items, the buyer is responsible for return shipping.

 

Tracking

Tracking does not guarantee any item will not be lost in transit, but using a tracked service allows for a full refund on the items if this happens.

Tracking is available via Royal Mail 24 and 48 Tracked, Evri (Hermes), and for International Tracked services.

Note that for international sales, tracking cannot be guaranteed once an item has left the UK as this is the responsibility of the destination country's carrier. Please also note that local taxes or custom fees may apply on receipt in the destination country. Check local law/customs for more information.

 

Problems/Queries

We try our best to provide the best service possible, but this isn't realistically possible 100% of the time. If anything goes wrong, please contact us ASAP. We will always be upfront and honest about any issues that crop up, and will do our utmost to leave you happy with our service.
